Alquiler de apartamentos por días totalmente equipados en el centro de Madrid

Excellent place and we were very happy with our choice This was our first time travel to Madrid and have no ideal of what to expect. I pick this place after reading online at tripadvisor and after checking with other property we decide on this one as it was priced very reasonable and the location was close to downtown and the train line. I am glad I did. It's the best deal I think, since you can buy food at the market and save the eat out only for either lunch or dinner. As eat out can be very expensive. The only thing that I don't like was the washer, I wish the owner has instruction on how to use it for us, as we had a hardtime of figure how to use it. One plus thing was free WiFi. Which was a life saver!!! My husband and I with our 2 teenage boys stayed here. It was close to the central of town and from there we can pretty much walk to so many area. We also took the sub train to tour other attraction. Btw, we are asian american and at no time did we feel unsafe or uncomfortable. (We walked everywhere and came back late at night sometimes around midnight) The people are very friendly and family oriented here. Though, if you are a light sleeper, and do not like the street noise, this may not be the place for you. We were fine, my husband and the kids slept like a log, I did woke up several times the first night because of the new surrounding , but got used to it by the 2nd night staying there. Will definitely stay here if we visit Madrid again.

Appartamento a 5 min a piedi dal centro(Sol). A pochi passi dalla stazione metro Tirso de Molina. Ben arredato e ottimamente attrezzato (come descrizione del sito). Consigliato. Appartamento abbastanza piccolo. Se siete in 5 e non avete grossa capacità di adattamento vi troverete un pò in difficoltà. Meglio per 4 persone.

We really liked our stay in the apartment cool madrid, it´s in the centre of the city. It´s a comfortable small apartment. The street was not quite during the night though.

We had a great stay at this apartment, enjoying the tasteful decor, cleanliness, building details like broad beautiful staircase, nice moldings, location, neighborhood, etc. Mario was very nice and helpful when we had to call for help. We did have 2 problems--first, our contact person, Osman, was difficult to reach by the number provided to us, he did not respond to our call from the airport and then outside the apartment building. When he arrived after we waited for about 20 minutes, he explained that he had changed his cell phone number. The other problem was with the locks, both on the building's door & the apartment door. We had trouble with both from the beginning, despite Osman's demonstration, and finally, after we were locked out one day for 30 minutes, Osman responded to our calls and contacted Mario, who came and fixed the loose knob on the apartment door, the function of which we hadn't understood. He also said that the owner of the building would have to take care of the building lock. All in all, the good things about the apartment far outweighed the problems and we would definitely recommend it to friends, but we hope that these 2 problems have bee resolved.

Hola, estuve una semana en el apartamento. La ubicación es excelente; el apartamento: impecable,precioso,alegre,cálido y acogedor; la ubicación muy buena y la atención de Mario también excelente. Muy buena relación precio-calidad. La calle es silenciosa y el apartamento muy luminoso y con todo lo que es necesario para disfrutar de la estancia en Madrid como si uno estuviese en su propia casa. Het appartement is geweldig centraal gelegen, schoon en goed onderhouden. We voelden ons direct thuis. De oppervlakte is niet groot maar groot genoeg voor ons als echtpaar met een baby. Bovendien was het appartement van alle gemakken voorzien, zodat wij ons ook hebben vermaakt wanneer de baby lag te slapen. Een absolute aanrader! De eigenaren waren zeer vriendelijk bij ontvangst en flexibel bij het vertrek (we mochten een paar uur langer dan afgesproken van het app. gebruik maken. Wij gaan vaker gebruik maken van dit appartement of een ander appartement van daily rental.

La mia sosta nell'appartamento è stata molto buona. Nell'appartamento gli accessori erano molto sufficienti, la persona di contatto disponibilissima e ottima per i vacanzieri (ci ha indicato i luoghi di intrattenimento giovanili e non solo).

This is a really central flat, with the museums and botanic gardens for lunch in one direction and the shops and restaurants for evening in the other direction. The flat is super clean and has every mod con you can think of right down to the ipod docking station. There is one bedroom with double bed and settee and futon in the living room, all very comfortable. Mario could not have been more helpful as we had delays because of weather but he was there to greet us and show us the facilities and provided us with maps etc. I would thoroughly recommend it.

somos un grupo de amigas que hemos pasado una semana en Madrid. Si te gusta el ambiente de Lavapies o de La Latina os recomiendo este apartamento, esta genial!! es muy bonito, alegre y comodo. Bsos y gracias!

Our experience of this apartment was true to the description Excellent location, a short walk to the Old Town . From the first contact to enquire re the availability of this apartment to checking out was informative and easy. We would stay here again and I would recommend to friends without hesitation. Everything was clean, modern and the photos are an excellent representation. First time we have used Holiday Rentals and will be using them again following this experience.

The apartment is just great, as fancy as comfy. Besides, It's located in one of my favorite areas in downtown Madrid (Lavapiés). They were very kind and helpull with us, and took care of every detail. Highly recomendable. (We loved the kitchen welcome kit)

Hola, hemos pasado en Madrid un fin de semana en este apartamento y la verdad que no conociamos este tipo de alquileres. El apartamentos estaba en inmejorables condiciones, todo super limpio, precioso y muy confortable. Incluso había comida y bebidas que es de agradecer sobre todo llegando a determinadas horas.
